頑皮狗表示在《最後生還者 二部曲》中，艾莉會在戰鬥中更加靈活；並且在探索遊戲環境的時候，艾莉也可以通過攀爬和跳躍進行垂直方向的移動，探索更多的區域。

《最後生還者 二部曲》將於2020年5月29日發售於PS4平臺。
